Dana's journey from finding alignment to sharing wisdom

doing business your way

When I first connected with Dana Colucci, what stood out immediately was her mix of warmth and depth. She’s someone who doesn’t just talk about alignment and authenticity - she lives it, and she’s generous in sharing what she’s learned along the way. Since joining Your Digital Garden, I’ve seen how thoughtfully she brings her insights into conversations, always leaving people with something meaningful to reflect on.

Dana’s own path has shaped the work she does now. Through her personal journey toward alignment and authenticity, she began creating tools and sharing insights to help women reconnect with themselves and their businesses. It’s not just about strategy for her - it’s about creating space for women to feel more at home in their work and in their own skin.

I’m so glad to share Dana’s story with you - her perspective, her creativity, and the gentle clarity she brings to her work.

Dana's Q&A

What do you do?

I design practices, spaces, and tools that help women grow gently, live with intention, and treat themselves with reverence - not as someone who needs to be fixed or changed, but as someone to tend, cherish, honour & protect.

Why do you do what you do?

My own journey towards alignment and authenticity has been difficult and draining and I would like to make personal growth and evolution less painful for others.

I'm constantly in awe of the women in my life, at the things they've overcome and the things they've achieved and I would like to connect with more of them, have an impact on their lives and be impacted by them as well. We have so much collected experience, knowledge, and wisdom and I'd like to be a conduit for community between us.

I love to connect the threads of all of the facets of human beings and to weave them together to look at how beautiful, complex and powerful we are. I also love to see women full of joy and having ownership of their lives and their futures.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

Hearing that a tool I've created or a concept I've shared has really resonated with someone.

What is the best thing about running your own business?

I'm able to harness the things I'm already passionate about into a vessel to serve other people.

What have you found most challenging about running your own business?

Wearing all of the hats of a solopreneur and having the ability to stay focused on what's really important.

What strategies have helped you move forward in your business?

Reaching out for help (thanks Teresa).

If you could go back to when you first started your business, what advice would you give yourself?

Offers first, community building and marketing second.

Who should connect with you and how can they do that?

Any woman who feels a bit disconnected from themselves, is in need of a little joy and magic, or off the path of the life they truly want to live.
