Your Digital Garden is a high-touch community for thoughtful solopreneurs – a shared space for connection, strategy, and support. We’re here to support your growth, simplify your systems, and connect you with others who truly get what this journey is like. By joining, you’re agreeing to the shared values and practices that help keep this space grounded, supportive, and inclusive. It’s a collaborative, high-touch community built on mutual care and connection.

Your Digital Garden Membership is run by Teresa Fidge.

Questions or concerns? Reading this member agreement and associated policies will help you understand your rights and choices. 2. Our Commitment to Inclusion

Your Digital Garden welcomes members of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. We honour difference, encourage respectful dialogue, and aim to make this a place where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

3. Who This Is For

To join, you must be at least 18 years old. We welcome solopreneurs from anywhere in the world. All time zones, accents, and levels of experience are welcome here.

4. Contribution and Payment

a. Participation in the community is €47/month, billed monthly on the same date each month.

b. Payment methods accepted securely through Kajabi Payments (see Terms of Service).

c. Fees are non-refundable. You can cancel any time, and you’ll retain access until your current billing period ends.

5. Cancellation

Community access is continuous until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, access continues until the end of your paid period.

We understand that seasons change. If you need to step away, you’re always welcome back when the timing feels right.

6. How We Show Up Together

This space is built on generosity, respect, and shared care. As a community member, you agree to:

• Treat others with kindness and curiosity.
• Respect everyone’s lived experience and voice.
• Maintain confidentiality – what’s shared in the Garden stays in the Garden.
• Avoid unsolicited advice or promotion unless explicitly invited.

7. Intellectual Property

All resources shared within the community – including workshops, recordings, templates, and guides – remain the intellectual property of Your Digital Garden. These are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or repurposed without permission.

You’re warmly encouraged to apply what you learn in your own work, in alignment with your values.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your Digital Garden is here to support, guide, and accompany you – not to guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your own business decisions and wellbeing.

9. Changes and Updates

From time to time, updates to this agreement may be made. We’ll give you a heads-up when that happens, and changes will take effect 30 days after notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, where "Getting Connected di Fidge Teresa" is based.
